All channels are manned by human staff who will be happy to assist with any query.

We aim to respond to all enquiries within a couple of hours.
Telephone
Customer service is in the UK and therefore we can schedule a phone call. It would be approximately 8pm Australian time. Phone calls need to be arranged via email to agree a date and time.
Live Chat
GaraDry operates a live chat facility via our website if you would like to contact one of customer service team this way. As with our telephone line, our live chat is manned by our UK staff and therefore responses may be delayed.
